Illinois Issues Online – This Illinois Issues Online article provides an excellent overview of search and seizure issues being debated in the Illinois Courts. The 2006 article was written by Daniel C. Vock former Illinois bureau chief for the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and a reporter for Stateline.org.

Answers.com (Amendment IV, US Constitution) – This Answers.com page is a complete summary of the history and evolution of the Fourth Amendment and how search and seizure issues have been handled by the courts.

Wikipedia (Amendment IV, US Constitution) – This Wikipedia article contains a very detailed treatment of 4th amendment issues as well as useful links to important court cases relating to search and seizure from Illinois and many other states.

Illinois Municipal League – Illinois Municipal League site contains listings and descriptions of key search and seizure cases from the U.S. Supreme Court, Seventh Federal Circuit Court, and Illinois Supreme Court.

American Bar Association – The American Bar Association "Rules on Search and Seizure" contains a quick Q and A guide to "what can the police do and when" in situations involving search and seizure.

New York Times (Search & Seizure) – New York Times listing of more than 1900 articles, editorials and letters relating to search and seizure issues with full text. An excellent general resource.
